HAHAHA! Being from Texas this amuses me of course. Tell Short that even those of that do have beds - those beds are shaped like horses! And our car/truck horns dont beep - they whinny and neigh.
haha This is the best. I had a kindergartner tell me the other day..."I went to NYC, and I saw a man on the street who lived in a box. He couldn't get out!"
thanks all, loved reading these comments. :) As a follow up, I asked Short where people eat in Texas, do they have tables? He said, "They have one really big loooooooong table. It's for everybody." best, MOV
When you write a comment, it makes me feel like I won the lottery or at the very least like I ate an ice-cream sundae. (This has nothing to do with the fact that I did just eat an ice-cream sundae.)
I wish I had a horse... to sleep one. ;)
ReplyDeleteOoops, I meant to sleep ON. Maybe he could also help with my spelling.

ReplyDeleteYour son is so lucky to have such important knowledge imparted to him. I have 7 horses and sleep as close to them, but I'm not in TX.
ReplyDeleteYou are a great story teller!
